Plummet is a sculptural sound installation emerging from an ongoing collaboration between Matty Rimmer, Poole, and slyn.

This one-off performance fuses drums, flute, voice, lithophone, and flowing water into a live, improvisatory ecosystem. Acoustic and electronic textures collide, dissolving distinctions between instrument, gesture, and environment, as sound navigates the sensorium of the organic and digital. Plummet is at once playful, elemental, and unpredictable.

Matty Rimmer’s work explores queerness and the futurity of plastic. Poole and slyn extend their respective research into the codification of place, song, and the fluid ecologies of hydrofeminism. Together they form a live system of response and relation.
